The TTDraws operator identified below is responsible for organiser accounts, service administration, security and TTDraws' own product operations.

A club or organiser normally decides why and how player and competition information is entered and published. For that information, the club or organiser is normally the controller and TTDraws stores and processes the information on its behalf. The exact legal roles can depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Account information may include your name, email address, authentication provider, sign-in records, club membership and permissions.

Club and competition information may include club names and addresses, invitations, events, groups, draws, schedules, table assignments, results and standings.

Player profiles may include a name, nickname, photograph, date of birth, gender, playing hand, active status and competition history. This information is often supplied by a club or organiser rather than by the player.

Public games may store a chosen leaderboard name, score, completion time and category. Our infrastructure may also process IP address, browser, device, request and diagnostic information needed to deliver and secure the service.

We process information to create and secure accounts, provide competition tools, calculate standings, publish selected competition records, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and maintain the service.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be necessary to perform our agreement with an account holder, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing TTDraws, or act on consent. Clubs and organisers are responsible for identifying an appropriate legal basis for player information they add and publish.

TTDraws does not use player or account information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Draws and standings are calculated from competition settings and recorded results.

Club, event and player pages can be available without an account. Public information may include names, nicknames, photographs, fixtures, table assignments, results, rankings, standings and competition history.

Public pages can be shared, indexed by search engines, processed by search or AI services, cached, or archived by third parties outside TTDraws' control. Making a player inactive only affects future selection inside a club; it does not remove existing event or historical records.

Organisers should publish only what is necessary, tell participants what will be public, and promptly correct or remove information that should not be displayed.

TTDraws uses essential cookies to maintain authentication, security and language routing. These are necessary for signed-in features.

The dashboard stores theme preference in your browser. Public games may store progress, attempt timing or local game statistics. Clearing browser storage removes those local preferences and game records from that device.

TTDraws does not currently use advertising cookies or an advertising profile. If analytics or other non-essential tracking is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.

TTDraws uses Supabase for database, authentication and file storage services, together with hosting, network and email-delivery providers needed to operate the product. An external sign-in provider also receives information when you choose that sign-in method.

We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information only to supply their services, protect the platform or meet legal obligations.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires it, we use contractual or other recognised safeguards for international transfers. Contact us for information relevant to your location.

Account and club-administration information is kept while the account or club uses TTDraws and afterwards only as needed for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution and service records.

Competition and player records remain until an authorised organiser deletes them or the club requests removal, because results and standings form a connected event history. Deactivating a player is not deletion. Public game leaderboard entries remain while that leaderboard is operated unless they are removed following a valid request.

Backups and security logs may remain for a limited period after live information is deleted. We use the purpose of the record, event history, legal requirements and technical backup cycles to decide the retention period.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to be informed and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

A player may contact the relevant club or organiser directly, or contact TTDraws so the request can be routed. We may ask for reasonable information to verify identity and authority before changing a record.

You may also complain to the privacy or data-protection authority responsible for your location, including the Nigeria Data Protection Commission where applicable.

TTDraws can be used for youth competitions, but it is not designed for children to create organiser accounts independently.

Organisers must consider the child's best interests, use an appropriate legal basis, provide suitable notice, obtain parent or guardian involvement where required, and avoid publishing unnecessary dates of birth, photographs or identifying details.

A child, parent or guardian can ask the organiser or TTDraws to review, correct or remove public information. We may preserve a minimal result where legally permitted and necessary for an accurate competition record.

We use access controls, database policies and other reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No internet service is completely secure.

Account holders should use a strong password, protect sign-in links and devices, assign only necessary club permissions, and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders or present the updated policy in the service.
