Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the TTDraws operator identified below. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the version presented to you at signup.

If you use TTDraws for a club or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and sign-in links, and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Organiser accounts are intended for adults or people legally able to enter this agreement. Do not create an organiser account on behalf of someone without permission.

Club administrators decide who may access their workspace and which permissions each person receives. They are responsible for reviewing access and removing it when no longer required.

If your club access is revoked, you may lose access to information managed by that club even if competition records remain available publicly.

You are responsible for information you add or change, including player profiles, dates of birth, photographs, club details, events, schedules, results and standings.

You must have a lawful reason and any permission required to collect, upload and publish information about other people, especially children. Keep information accurate, relevant and no more detailed than the competition requires.

TTDraws publishes selected club, event, player, fixture, order-of-play, result and standings pages so competitions can be followed without an account.

You are responsible for checking what your club publishes. Public material can be copied, indexed, cached or shared by third parties, and removal from TTDraws may not remove an external copy.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TTDraws a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, adapt for display, publish and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and provide public competition pages you enable.

This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for backups, legal requirements and connected historical competition records retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not break the law, violate another person's rights, harass or impersonate anyone, upload malicious or unlawful material, probe security, gain unauthorised access, evade limits, or disrupt or overload TTDraws.

Do not scrape the service at a volume that harms it or use public player information to spam, profile, harass or endanger participants.

TTDraws is competition-management software, not a governing body, referee, safeguarding authority, legal adviser or insurer.

Organisers remain responsible for competition rules, seeding, eligibility, match decisions, safeguarding, venues, backups, disputes and compliance with governing-body rules and applicable law. Review generated draws, schedules and standings before relying on them.

We work to keep TTDraws available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons.

Keep independent records needed to run an important event, particularly where connectivity or immediate access is essential.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using TTDraws at any time. Contact us about closing an account or club. Access, deletion and retention depend on your role, other club administrators and the connected competition history described in the Privacy Policy.

TTDraws' software, design, branding and original product content belong to the operator or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create a competing service from protected parts of TTDraws except where applicable law expressly allows it.

To the extent permitted by law, TTDraws is provided as available and without implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for every competition format.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. A monetary liability cap and payment-specific terms will be published before paid plans are offered.

The date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects account holders, we will take reasonable steps to give notice and request fresh acceptance where required rather than relying only on continued use.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. Any governing law displayed in the legal details below applies subject to mandatory rights and rules in your location.
