Terms of Service

Last updated: May 8, 2026

These terms explain the rules for using TTDraws. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using TTDraws

TTDraws provides tools for creating table tennis clubs, events, draws, schedules, player lists, match results, and standings.

You agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and only in ways that do not harm TTDraws, other users, players, clubs, or competition participants.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure.

If you manage a club or event, you are responsible for making sure only authorised people can add or change competition information.

Competition and player information

You are responsible for the information you submit, including club details, player profiles, event descriptions, schedules, results, images, and standings.

Do not upload or publish information unless you have the right to use it and, where needed, consent from the people involved.

Public pages

TTDraws may publish club, event, fixture, player, result, and standings pages so participants and supporters can follow competitions.

You are responsible for reviewing what is public and removing or correcting information that should not be visible.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse TTDraws, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or overload the service, upload malicious content, or use the product to harass, impersonate, or violate the rights of others.

Service availability

We work to keep TTDraws reliable, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time for maintenance, security, product updates, or reasons outside our control.

Competition organisers should keep any backup records they need for important events.

No official ruling body

TTDraws is competition management software. Unless we expressly say otherwise, we are not a governing body, tournament referee, legal adviser, or insurer for any event.

Organisers remain responsible for event rules, player eligibility, safeguarding, venue arrangements, disputes, and compliance with applicable laws or club policies.

Intellectual property

TTDraws and its software, design, branding, and product content belong to TTDraws or its licensors.

You keep ownership of the content you add, but you grant us the permission needed to host, process, display, and share it as required to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTDraws is provided as is and without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every competition scenario.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of TTDraws after updates means you accept the revised terms.
